NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front entryway, 1 camera is located on the front of the home facing the driveway, and 1 camera is near the back door of the patio facing the private dock. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound.

NOTE: There are 3 steps up to the front door and 3 steps down from the back patio toward the dock area. These areas may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

NOTE: There is an optional daily pool heat fee of $25 (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
